This survey shows the public opinion of resident U.S. presidents in February 2012. Former U.S. president Ronald Reagan has a net rating of 59 percent. The net rating is calculated by subtracting the percentage of respondents stating that the respective president would go down in history as "outstanding/above average" from the percentage stating "below average/poor".
